Americans know nothing about Canada, and Dylan Mandlsohn is about to prove it, whether it's thinking a Canadian accent is weird without first comparing it to the Minnesota accent, or listening to the way Americans say Louisville, theres a lot of weird things happening on this side of the border too, and don't get us started on roll tide. This clip is from Dylan Mandlesohn's full Dry Bar Comedy special "Cruising America" available only at

  • Canadians secretly wish they were us. It's so obvious like look at how he says "we're building a wall and we'll make you pay for it" but they can't afford to do something like that because they'd get annexed the next day.

  • My favorite part about the opening bit, he's only half joking about the wall. I lived in North Dakota for eight months, and they are absolutely building a wall on the Canadian border. But Americans are building it, and I assume we are paying for it. I also assume it's not to keep Canadians out....

You have a disease that is curable if you follow your doctor's prescriptions exactly. Anti-depressants can be miraculous, (they were for me) but if you miss doses, start & stop, sometimes take on a full stomach, all that can interfere in the medicine's effectiveness and even make symptoms worse. But like ANY prescriptions, if you take them wrongly, they can hurt you. Don't give up. Find a way to see a doctor.

You can yell at me all you want, but I think the flatness of a chunk of their land, the cold winters, and trying to be all happy happy, crumbles under the spotlight of being a writer.

      Clifford S.Clifford S.2 tháng trước
    • @Clifford S. What may seem rude can actually just be culture differances. I realised from my experience with French Canadians that they simply communicate differently. Much like south Africans and the hearing impaired. They are direct, which comes across as rude. Some things we consider rude to discuss they do not, like they might ask how much you make. An hearing impaired person might say, what happened, you got fat? These things to our ears are rude but that does not make them rude, it just means there is a culture difference.
